What to Pack: Ballyvaughan

This week’s travel edit is what to pack: Ballyvaughan! The few times I’ve been to Ireland, it’s been pretty damp and chilly. Since I’m a bit of a freeze-baby, I like to pack warm wool sweaters, a quality windproof jacket, and lots of warm socks. It is no secret that it rains a lot in Ireland, so even though it is a bit annoying to pack rain boots, I usually do. If you are traveling outside of the summer months, you will be thankful you brought them. An umbrella is also a necessary travel accessory.
One of the first gifts Mike bought me when we started dating was a Claddagh ring. If you don’t have one, Ireland is the best and most authentic place to buy one. It is the perfect gift to give yourself if you are single, and makes for a very sentimental surprise for your loved one if you are taken!
